I manage end-to-end recruitment processes as a People and Culture Specialist for high-volume hiring across Colombia, screening and interviewing candidates, building candidate pipelines, and coordinating with Operations to keep decisions on track. I use Taleo (Oracle) to run recruitment workflows and improve hiring efficiency, delivering 20+ hires per month while meeting targets.
Before TTEC, I worked in Workplace Health and Safety at Amazon, tracking incidents and KPIs and supporting employee initiatives like feedback programs and ergonomics improvements as a LATAM POC. Earlier at DHL Supply Chain, I supported workforce growth from 100 to 3,500 employees by ensuring compliance, leading onboarding and training for large groups, and investigating incidents with corrective actions.
