What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead People & Culture strategy that improves corporate processes—combining TA, change management, D&I, and performance. I want to build onboarding, leadership development, and data-driven HR reporting that supports business outcomes.

I’m a People & Culture / Change Management Manager experienced in TA, change management, organizational development, and HR compliance. At DHL Supply Chain, I design and lead initiatives—from diagnostics and internal communications to Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and a clear Employee Value Proposition to improve candidate attraction and retention.

I’ve built key capability areas from scratch, including the People & Culture area and Change Management area, and created full strategies to establish a solid culture and structure. I oversee the employee lifecycle, onboarding/off-boarding processes, workforce and succession planning, performance review & development, learning alignment to business planning, and leadership development to embed a coaching culture.
