I’m a Business Management student with a genuine passion for how organizations work and grow. My experience in sales and customer support has shown me what it takes to meet targets, handle challenges calmly, and leave customers feeling valued.

At MERRYBOY, Kigali-Rwanda, I delivered excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. I demonstrated strong communication skills to engage customers and promote products effectively, and I achieved sales targets through persuasive selling and upselling where appropriate.

I also operated POS systems and handled cash transactions accurately and efficiently, while supporting smooth day-to-day operations through inventory management and stock control. I was recognized as a top performer by my supervisor at Call Center International, and I received a promotion to Manager of Operations at Merry Boy.

Now, I’m looking to bring these strengths into an entry-level role where I can contribute meaningfully and keep growing. I pride myself on clear communication, active listening, and finding solutions that actually work—alongside the fundamentals I’m building through my Bachelor of business management (Majoring in Business Economics) at Mount Kigali University.
