What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level IT support role and am open to remote, hybrid, or on-site work. I have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

I'm pursuing entry-level IT support work with a Google IT Support Professional Certificate and training in technical support from IBM. My customer-facing experience has taught me to understand people's concerns and explain information clearly.

At Horizon of Brighter Days, I kept daily logs and incident reports under California Title 22 licensing standards. I also explained complicated information to families and staff and calmly de-escalated high-stress conversations.

At Sunglass Hut, I assisted customers with product recommendations and processed sales, returns, and exchanges using a POS system. I'm open to remote, hybrid, or on-site roles, with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
