At Zamora Live, I manage U.S.-based client and supplier relationships while coordinating live events across Mexico and the U.S. I oversee reservations, ticketing setup, sales reporting, activations, reconciliation, and Google Business presence.

I also provide high-level support to U.S. managers and work directly with promoters, artists, music groups, and venues. My work includes producing and reviewing marketing designs, videos, and multimedia spots for promotional campaigns.

Previously at Forvia Qro, I led recruitment and selection for operational staff, coordinated onboarding and training, supported overtime payroll in SAP, and managed travel and expense processes through Concur, HRS, and CWT.

Across manufacturing, financial services, accounting, and digital commerce, I've brought organized, discreet support to client management, operations, payroll, procurement, and administrative processes in English and Spanish.
