I’m a motivated self-starter who can lead a team or collaborate with others, bringing great attention to detail and accuracy to every process. I’m an excellent communicator who handles sensitive and confidential information with confidence, including conflict and problem resolution.
As a Recruiter / Supervisor with Constellis LLC, I screen, interview, and onboard potential employees, and I coordinate scheduling for training and medical tests. I revamped the recruiting process to improve screening and face-to-face questionnaires, document recording, and how records are kept—strengthening communication between departments.
Before that, I served as a Cyber Security Manager at Amazon.com, where I managed a cyber team to complete daily tasks and projects and handled team member changes, including interviews, hiring, and terminating. I also compiled and provided status reports to upper-level management, collaborated with Human Resources on employee relations and escalations, and worked with vendors onsite to resolve physical and cyber threats.
Across recruiting and security roles, I’ve sourced and staffed government/federal and cleared contracts, guided candidates through hiring processes that can take longer than a year, and trained new employees and direct reports to build team chemistry, culture, and retention. I’m highly technical too—proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, WorkDay, social media platforms, and Copilot AI, with certifications including Certified Ethical Hacker and Certified Information Security Manager.
