I prepare decision-ready briefings and reports, coordinate leadership forums and corporate events, and track milestones, risks, decisions, and actions for cross-functional initiatives.

Previously, I supported senior economists, managers, and international teams at the International Monetary Fund, coordinating complex calendars, missions, seminars, budgets, and sensitive communications across time zones. I bring 13+ years of experience in executive support, stakeholder coordination, budget management, and process improvement, with fluency in English and Portuguese and intermediate Spanish.
