I’m looking for a role where I can handle high-volume IT tickets, troubleshoot connectivity and systems, and support teams remotely and onsite with clear procedures and room to grow in networking and service operations.

I’m an IT Support Assistant and technologist focused on keeping teams productive through reliable remote and onsite service. I bring 1+ years of experience in handling requests, solving problems, and organizing priorities while supporting employees via phone, chat, and email.

At FOUNDEVER, I resolve 200+ technical tickets per month by managing requests with clear procedures and strong follow-up. I troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues that affect day-to-day operations, and I’m trusted for timely resolution and solid customer service.

I also manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and access requests to ensure employees get the right access when they need it. In addition, I support Citrix and Thinkiosk platforms, and I handle VPN connectivity issues to restore remote access within established timelines.

Before this, as a Telecommunications Assistant Technician at OPTECOM, I installed, configured, and maintained telecommunications services like telephone, internet, and television solutions. I supported LAN network implementation and performed network troubleshooting and preventive and corrective maintenance, including managing WEB, FTP, Proxy, and Antivirus servers and clients following technical procedures.
