What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to join an IT or Service Desk team in a structured, ticket-driven environment. I’m available immediately.

As an independent freelance IT Support Technician, I delivered remote Tier 1 support for software and connectivity incidents. Using AnyDesk and TeamViewer, I resolved issues and left systems operational after each session.

I also performed preventive maintenance remotely, updating drivers and freeing system resources to improve device performance and stability.

For network issues, I configured LAN/Wi-Fi interfaces and TCP/IP settings. I also installed antivirus software and set up automated backups to help protect client data.

I installed and supported productivity software for business and personal users, explaining technical issues in plain language. I’m currently completing a Technical Degree in Software Programming at SENA and seeking an IT or Service Desk team in a structured, ticket-driven environment.
