At Oracle Ltd., I lead cross-functional root-cause analysis initiatives and work to bridge gaps between user acceptance testing and technical teams. I also assess operational models and turn findings into strategic recommendations for the product suite.

I gather and document end-to-end system requirements, manage functional documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to align software capabilities with delivery requirements. I’ve transformed legacy technical assets into structured information models and worked with deployment teams on solution readiness and release implementation.

My documentation uses a modern conversational style and is designed to meet accessibility, internationalization, and usability standards. I also create validation assets and release-readiness frameworks, including impact assessments and What's New feature tracking.

Before Oracle, I worked at CA India Ltd., Vizual Business Tools Pvt. Ltd., Vannet Technologgix Ltd., and Pentamedia Graphics Ltd. My work included technical information, user guides, training materials, and instructional design; I also authored Flipboard cookbooks for CA Mainframe products.
