At Percept (IBD) and across multi-category brand mandates, I helped reframe positioning to drive leadership and revenue growth—transforming IBD into a multi-business agency with 300% revenue growth, and building foundations for brands like SYSKA LED. I also led relaunch and category resets such as Only Vimal after an eight-year gap and redefined KC Milk’s everyday role, earning the Thomas Edison Award in the milk category.
As Chief Strategy Officer at Salt Brand Solutions, I won and shaped high-profile client assignments end-to-end—leading multi-agency pitches, translating deep consumer/market insights into go-to-market strategies, and guiding differentiated value propositions for brands including Wipro LED Lighting, VTP Realty, Sahyadri Farms, NSE, Capri Loans, Shilpa Bindi, Chambor, Prestto, and Flipkart-Ducati. Earlier, as Country Head for OKSIR in Hong Kong, I executed a business transformation that reduced costs by 30% and improved employee morale, while driving 60% customer acquisition growth within 6 months.
Currently as VP – Marketing and Growth at BharatNXT (since May 2024), I’m shaping both brand and growth by repositioning to connect more strongly with the SME segment. I lead marketing across touchpoints (in-app communication, messaging, offers, campaigns, offline content, and customer engagement), run on-ground research across India, and build and refine acquisition funnels across Google, referrals, and offline channels—contributing to nearly 20% month-on-month growth and around 70% month-on-month retention through data-led experimentation and performance tracking.
