I am a Director and founder with over a decade of experience in the creative and wedding industries in Indonesia, specializing in brand development, marketing strategy, operations, and customer experience.

As Wedding Director (Founder) of LUZIE Wedding and Co-founder / Head of Mentor Operations at Meets Mentor Indonesia, I led recruitment, mentor training, and developed marketing strategies that translated into actionable social media activities and operational timelines driving team KPIs.

Previously, I served as Head of City Operation for Uber Indonesia in Padang where I led driver recruitment, training, digital mapping, fare planning, and local campaigns to raise brand awareness while maintaining zero-complaint daily operations.

I also have leadership experience in student organisation work, having chaired a 14-member conference committee that delivered a national conference with 300+ delegates and international facilitators, demonstrating strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
