I am an executive professional with more than 18 years leading multi-sector programs across Indonesia, directing large-scale initiatives and building partnerships across NGOs, government, academia, and the private sector.

As Executive Director I drive institutional growth, business development, and strategic operations while overseeing program management, finance, HR, and research to deliver measurable impact and uphold transparency and accountability.

I have led complex field operations, including coordinating a nationwide COVID-19 vaccination campaign across remote regions, mobilizing over 10,000 volunteers, and working closely with ministries, security forces, donors, and local stakeholders to ensure inclusive delivery.

I also advance digital transformation and capacity building—developing LMS platforms, training government officials, strengthening fundraising and PR systems, and supporting rural enterprise initiatives—while remaining committed to collaborative, evidence-driven social impact.
