Deborah Nyareru

I’m a practical operations and retail professional who turns day-to-day activities into reliable results for customers and teams. With experience spanning fashion retail and inventory-focused operations, I combine people-first service with structured stock management.

At Kentu Investments (April 2022 to October 2024), I ensured proper handling and storage of stock so operations run smoothly. I solved problems timely and effectively, and I facilitated seamless communication between departments on inventory levels and restocking requirements. I also monitored inventory regularly and recommended adjustments to ordering schedules to help achieve optimal stock levels and enhance efficiency.

Before that, as a FashionSalesAssociate (June 2018 to January 2022), I welcomed customers and offered help to ensure they were satisfied. I handled customer complaints, returns, and exchanges to improve loyalty, and I assisted customers with shopping and outfit recommendations to enhance the customer experience. I also supported an average of fifteen customers per day with fitting needs, helping reduce returns and exchanges.

My academic foundation is a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Moi University, and I continue strengthening my service and technical capability through targeted learning. I completed a Certificate in Restaurant and Retail Services Program Generation Programme Kenya (January–February 2025) and a Certificate in Basic Computer (Microsoft Applications, Hardware, Software, Basic Network and Internet Knowledge), which supports my ability to adapt quickly and stay organized in fast-moving environments.
