I’m a Human Resource Executive/Advisor focused on bringingforth productivity, efficiency, resourcefulness, excellent ethics, and team growth. I build value through continuous learning and close cooperation with fellow professionals to support improved organizational performance.

In my current role, I manage recruitment, onboarding, and exits, while monitoring staff punctuality using attendance records and a punctuality tracker. I support the HR Manager in workforce planning and activities that keep operations aligned with functional strategies.

I handle policy documentation and responsible recruitment implementation to strengthen HR processes alongside industry standards. I also contribute to critical HR areas like conflict resolution, communication, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

I maintain staff databases, document employee-related actions, and supervise employee work performance through performance appraisals. I ensure confidentiality, answer HR questions, resolve employee complaints, manage interview tracking, uphold employment and labor laws, and keep updated HR filing systems.
