I'm looking for a customer support, client relations, logistics coordination, or administrative role where I can manage client communication, service follow-up, records, and scheduling while continuing to grow with digital systems.

At Gulf First Shipping & Logistics, I support customers across Rwanda, China, and Dubai with shipping inquiries, quotations, schedules, documentation, payments, and shipment follow-up. I coordinate with operational teams to resolve concerns and keep service delivery smooth.

I've also supported office operations at Vivo Energy and handled customer calls at MTN Customer Center. I bring organized administrative support, accurate record management, telephone service, and professional client communication to every interaction.
