What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic HR operations, workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle transformation in a multi-location organization where I can strengthen engagement, compliance, digital HR systems, and business-aligned talent strategy.

I've led talent acquisition, employee lifecycle operations, and workforce planning for Toshiba Water Division and Larsen & Toubro Construction across India and international locations.

At L&T, I directed project-aligned manpower planning, campus hiring at NITs and IITs, performance management, onboarding, employee relations, and separation governance. I screened 2,000+ candidates and conducted 120 interviews in one day to support rapid expansion, while improving quality campus hires by 60% within a year.

I've reduced grievance-resolution turnaround from 2–3 months to 5–6 days through structured tracking, escalation mechanisms, and Power BI reporting. I also helped drive SAP SuccessFactors adoption and administered PeopleStrong, MYZONE, HR One, EIP, and SSC payroll systems.

I'm focused on building compliant, engaging employee experiences—from leadership hiring and onboarding to payroll, performance, recognition, and workforce analytics.
