At ChildPlus Software (a Procare Solutions company), I built the launch readiness function for federally regulated software used by about 1,400 Head Start agencies. I wrote the readiness standard and moved launches from 2–3 phased rollouts a year to 12 monthly releases, contributing to a 21% drop in production bugs and a 71% NPS improvement.

I automate readiness tracking and build AI-supported internal tools with Claude, including a bug triage app and a release notes generator. I also track adoption and customer sentiment through Pendo and SQL, and bring customer feedback back to Product.
