I’m SHRM-CP with several years of human resources experience specializing in the design and administration of employee benefit plans and management of benefit teams. I bring a practical, service-delivery mindset to complex leave and benefits work—especially when timelines, controls, and stakeholders are under pressure.
In my current role at Bank of America, I serve as an AVP, Leave of Absence Service Delivery Consultant for GHR Benefits. I’m the SME responsible for end-to-end LOA/disability administration for 200,000+ employees, manage vendor relationships, monitor controls, and drive change management for leave programs.
Across prior leadership roles (Benefits and Compensation Analyst, Benefits Administration Manager, and HR Benefits Manager), I’ve led open enrollments and benefits harmonization resulting from mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and start-ups. I’ve also directed benefit team operations and acted as a liaison with carriers, vendors, and legal counsel while owning compliance reporting and plan design.
I also have deep experience pairing benefits execution with HRIS and process improvement. From wellness strategy and benefits communications to HRIS adoption and executive-level presentations, I’ve supported teams serving thousands of employees and ensured filings and governance were accurate—covering areas like FMLA/LOA, ACA/1095, and compliance reporting such as 5500 and PBGC.
