Built Salesforce dashboards adopted by sales leadership to track team KPIs, pipeline health, and individual performance metrics in real time. Designed and deployed a Tableau dashboard mapping all whole aircraft owners with layered flight data and prospect intelligence, and trained the entire sales team on its use.

Trained all new hires in mortgage industry fundamentals, compliance requirements, and role-specific workflows. Assessed new hire strengths and strategically placed individuals into roles aligned with their aptitudes, improving team retention and output.

Developed end-to-end training content for a major EPIC software platform update, ensuring clinical and administrative staff could navigate changes with minimal disruption.

Designed and delivered software training for all sales-loan advisors during a platform migration, maintaining productivity through the transition. Led onboarding presentations for every new hire cohort, setting performance expectations and cultural tone from day one.

Designed full K-8 STEM curricula for grades 6, 7, and 8 — including coding, robotics, and project-based learning — from the ground up. Adapted the entire curriculum mid-year during the COVID-19 pandemic, maintaining student engagement and learning outcomes in a fully remote environment.
