What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build and maintain Power BI/Fabric dashboards, turn data into clear insights for leadership, and improve workflows with UI/UX thinking. I am also open to training positions and positions where I can be an executive or personal assistant. My vast skillset opens me up to a variety of positions.

I’m a data analyst professional with 2+ years of experience designing enterprise dashboards, workflows, and UI/UX to deliver actionable insights across healthcare and corporate environments. I focus on making complex data easy to understand for non-technical stakeholders, including C-Suite and department leadership.

In my recent Power BI work, I created reports and dashboards using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, DAX/Power Query, and Azure DevOps, with a strong emphasis on accuracy through troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance. I also analyze interface flows and optimize how data is presented so decisions move faster and with more confidence.

At Northeastern Health System, I trained department heads and C Suite management on Power BI, building reports for 5+ hospital departments and supporting teams with SharePoint page documentation. I was recognized as Rookie of the Month for August, reflecting how quickly I ramped and delivered value.

Before transitioning deeper into analytics, I taught data analytics and Python through a 12-week boot camp curriculum and managed multiple customer-facing digital roles. That background shapes my professional ethos: clear communication, practical training, and solutions that work end-to-end—not just in the report, but in the workflow around it.

I have been a recruiter across IT and Trucking industries and I have also managed socials for companies in those industries. I am a former educator that would loves it when my vast skillset can be used in multiple ways which is what I am looking for in my next position. My ultimate goal is to be doing something that I love at a company for as long as I can.
