At Answer IT Ltd, I developed VoIP call centers for clients and installed and configured IT systems, including LANs and WANs for large hotels. I also built and sustained network infrastructure and updated database security protocols and backups.
Through various IT consultancies in Rwanda, I developed IVR platforms for mobile network operators including MTN, Rwandacell, Tigo, and Airtel Rwanda. I also developed USSD services used by organizations including Irembo, Rwanda National Police, the Ministry of Health, and the National Land Centre.
At IBM, I designed enterprise-level database systems for five departments, improving data access speed by 45%, and led migrations to AWS RDS and Azure SQL that reduced costs by 30%. My other work has included IT analysis at the World Bank and telecommunications engineering at Helios Towers.
