I’m a Network & Cybersecurity Engineer focused on building networks that are connected, resilient, secure, and future-ready. I design and secure infrastructures so organizations can operate efficiently and safely.

At RICTA, I manage and optimize Internet infrastructure, supporting reliable DNS, IP routing, VPNs, and email routing with security protocols. I configure and maintain Cisco firewalls, VPN concentrators, and security appliances, and I lead server installation, upgrades, and patching while monitoring logs and detecting intrusions.

Previously at MTN Rwanda, I worked in IP Core implementing and maintaining the company’s IP Ethernet network. I monitored performance and availability, configured routers and switches, supported IP addressing and subnetting, and helped troubleshoot connectivity issues such as IP conflicts by analyzing traffic and configurations.

I also strengthen my skills through hands-on cloud and security learning, including OpenStack training and Huawei ICT competition work with VLANs, OSPF, BGP, STP, IPv6, MPLS, and QoS. In my penetration testing project, I used Metasploit for reconnaissance, exploitation simulations, and detailed vulnerability reports with actionable remediation recommendations.
