I seek remote-friendly IT/AV roles supporting live events where I can lead systems integration, provide expert technical support, and grow in cybersecurity and AV engineering within collaborative teams.

I am a proactive, detail-oriented IT Officer with over six years of experience delivering remote and onsite technical support and AV systems integration for high-profile international events. I operate and troubleshoot Bosch Dicentis, DCN-NG, Riedel intercoms and Dante systems, configure Interprefy and Wordly AI translation, manage MySQL databases, and enforce endpoint security to keep mission-critical events running smoothly.

My work spans major conferences, summits and concerts where I provide live monitoring, system configuration and rapid troubleshooting under pressure.
