What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Commercial Sales role where I can apply my consultative approach, product knowledge, technical acumen, and client relationship experience to drive revenue growth.

I've built client relationships and grown loan product adoption at TD Bank and Sharonview Federal Credit Union, supporting auto loans, personal loans, credit cards, and home equity loans.

At TD Bank, I ranked in the top 5% nationwide for customer engagement and loan servicing metrics. I was promoted to TD Auto Finance, where I educated clients, processed payoffs, coordinated title retrieval with dealers, and led product knowledge initiatives to improve sales effectiveness.

At Sharonview Federal Credit Union, I developed new business by onboarding dealerships as lenders, managed a home equity loan pipeline, and partnered with marketing on outbound campaigns for qualified leads.

I'm also a UAT Advisor supporting General Motors through Teleperformance, where I lead training huddles, document findings, and collaborate with developers and global stakeholders. I bring Lean Six Sigma, RPA, SQL, R, Tableau, and data analysis training to a commercial sales role focused on revenue growth.
