At Dexian/Disys, supporting Rockwell Automation, I served as Scrum Master for the Global Network Team and coordinated dependencies across workstreams. I helped modernize WAN infrastructure, increasing site performance by 10x+ and site completion by over 400%.
At Insight, I delivered programs for clients including PNC Bank and Synchrony Bank – CareCredit. For PNC, I executed a 34,000-device PC refresh, and for Synchrony Bank – CareCredit, I helped rescue a troubled services program and secure contract renewal in 60 days.
For GE Aviation – Archive Program, I helped launch and scale a global data archiving program, with teams growing from six to 22 and $2.7M in net client savings. Earlier, for GE Corporate – Data Backup Program, I led global data protection operations and improved backup success from 70% to 99.98%.
