At Worksome, I own end-to-end onboarding for a U.S. Employer-of-Record business supporting 700+ W-2 employees across all 50 states and a large 1099 contractor population. I process roughly 40 employment contracts weekly, complete onboarding an average of five days ahead of start dates, and doubled contract volume without added headcount or slower turnaround.

I built Worksome’s multi-jurisdiction compliance framework from scratch, covering paid sick leave requirements across every state and city-level ordinances in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City. I also manage I-9s, E-Verify, FCRA-aligned background checks, Gusto HRIS records, benefits enrollment, payroll support, and onboarding documentation.

Previously, I scaled HR infrastructure at The Hail Group, hiring 50+ employees, reducing time-to-fill by 25%, and supporting five new locations that each exceeded $1M in revenue within three months.
