I also led product work on a GenAI virtual assistant that reduced employee query resolution time by 86%, and developed AI accelerators for claims, underwriting, servicing, and HR. Earlier, at AUTONINJA, I led operations and post-merger integration work, including a hub-and-spoke model that saved ₹18.4M in operating costs.
