I’m a Technical Support Agent focused on delivering fast, reliable help for domains, web hosting, and WordPress setups. I support customers with domain registration, hosting purchases, and renewals, making sure services are working smoothly from day one.

In my current role at Blitz Infocom Pvt Ltd., I resolve server-related issues, website errors, and hosting technical problems. I also guide customers in choosing suitable online services and hosting plans, handling queries through calls, chat, and email for quick resolution.

Previously at Onyx Multi Services, I managed technical support for domains, web hosting, and website migration. I configured business emails, DNS settings, and SSL certificates, and troubleshot server downtime and WordPress errors to maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Earlier, as a Customer Care Support Executive intern at Assero Multi Services Pvt. Ltd., I handled customer records and service reports using Advanced Excel. I’m now looking for a challenging role where I can apply Advanced Excel, Power BI, Data Entry, and Live Technical Support to contribute to organizational growth.
