I’m a dedicated Technical Support and Sales professional with 1.9 years of experience supporting customers in web hosting environments. I focus on resolving domain, hosting, and account-related issues quickly while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach.

In my Process Associate role (GoDaddy Process), I provided support through live chat and email, managing multiple concurrent chats (2–3) while keeping high service quality. I used CRM tools and internal knowledge bases to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring accurate documentation and timely ticket updates aligned with SLA guidelines.

I also actively identify opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of products and services. By handling billing, refunds, and related cases in accordance with company policies—and collaborating with internal technical teams to solve complex hosting and DNS problems—I help customers get to resolution faster and stay satisfied.
