What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring my experience in customer relationships, CRM tracking, and hands-on organization to a cross-functional business role within corporate operations or client services.

At Smartfi Home Loans, I maintain customer records in HubSpot while handling inbound and outbound calls. I work with customers to identify their needs and connect them with the right solutions.

At Mutual of Omaha, I handled customer calls and managed records using Salesforce. Earlier, at TriNet, I prospected and qualified sales opportunities and connected with decision makers to secure meetings for the field sales team.

At the Los Angeles Clippers, I sold memberships, ticket plans, group tickets, and premium seating. I used Dynamics 365 to track customer interactions, hosted prospects at game-night events, and collaborated with organizations to plan group experiences.

I also assisted with graphic design work at California Umbrella and helped plan and execute fundraising events for the CSUSB Marketing Scholarship Fund. Those events raised about $30,000 for the fund.
