What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote-first e-commerce operations work where I can own platform/admin accuracy, optimize SEO and product catalogs, and grow Klaviyo lifecycle retention—while partnering cross-functionally to keep fulfillment and customer experience consistently reliable.

I’m an e-commerce operations and business support professional with experience across WooCommerce administration, product management, SEO optimization, Klaviyo lifecycle marketing support, bookkeeping support, procurement, and operational coordination. I’ve supported remote-first workflows using cloud accounting systems, spreadsheet-based reporting, and AI-assisted digital operations, while also handling multi-site, day-to-day business operations on-site.

From May 2024 onward, I’ve been managing WooCommerce backend administration for product-based stores, including product listing creation, SKU & category management, inventory coordination, pricing updates, and SEO metadata optimization across 100+ products. Previously, as a Sales & Operations Coordinator (Nov 2017–Apr 2024), I supported sales coordination, fulfillment, supplier management, payroll administration for 450+ field staff, and reliable customer communication in a fast-paced environment.
