From 2021-2023, I provided technical support for Google Nest smart home devices, assisting customers with setup, troubleshooting, connectivity issues, and general product support while ensuring a professional customer experience. I prioritize reliability, friendliness, and efficient problem-solving in every interaction.

In 2023-2024, I managed B2B customer support for SunlitSolar in Germany. I helped business clients with inquiries, coordination, and account support while contributing to building and improving the company’s customer support team structure.

From 2024-2026, I provided gaming customer support at Side Inc., helping players with account issues, technical problems, and in-game support. I aim to deliver fast, professional, customer-focused service and turn complex issues into clear next steps.
