At the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), I redesigned an operational intake workflow with a Power Automate specialist. The Microsoft Forms-driven process replaced email requests and duplicate spreadsheet entry with automated tracking, assignment, and notifications, and is projected to eliminate 5–8 hours of manual administrative work weekly across a six-person team.
I lead a multidisciplinary HR and Classification team and recruitment delivery for approximately 264 approved positions across two organizational build-outs. I also develop operating procedures and apply generative AI to workflow analysis, documentation, and reporting.
Earlier at OPM, I built operational dashboards to track recruitment work, applicant-review volume, projected costs, and workload. I also supported technology adoption during the transition to Microsoft Teams and contributed to a career-pathway framework.
At the Department of the Navy, I redesigned the employee onboarding experience as a phased journey from two weeks before an employee’s first day through the first 90 days. I also trained more than 200 employees on a new performance-management system.
