At U.S. Navy Navy Talent Acquisition Group, I prepared Excel reports and dashboards to review recruiting performance, identify bottlenecks, and communicate next actions.

I collaborated across maintenance, supply, and flight operations to prioritize resources and meet mission deadlines.
