What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR or recruitment role where I can support structured hiring processes, candidate experience, onboarding, and cross-cultural collaboration while continuing to grow in recruitment operations.

At Reshaping Work, I manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles, from targeted job advertisements and assessment tasks to interviews, candidate communication, and selection support.

I coordinate remote interview scheduling and onboarding, serving as a consistent point of contact for candidates and new interns. I also developed candidate evaluation matrices that support more objective, data-informed hiring decisions.

Previously, with Associazione Psicologi Europei, I conducted structured online interviews, supported member selection and onboarding, and managed HR coordination within an international volunteer team.

I'm currently studying Human Resource Management and bring a structured, detail-oriented approach to candidate experience, process improvement, and cross-cultural team collaboration.
