What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or endpoint support role where I can deploy and troubleshoot devices, manage tickets and assets, support users, and continue growing my infrastructure, networking, and systems administration skills.

At Virtucom, I deploy and provision Windows laptops and desktops for a local government IT department using PXE/IPv4 boot and SmartDeploy. I support refresh projects of 30–50 devices per month, verify domain connectivity and applications, and maintain ownership records through BossDesk.

I diagnose and repair Lenovo, HP, and Dell devices, monitors, docking stations, and printers while documenting incidents and resolutions in BossDesk and Autotask. In school district environments, I supported staff with Windows laptops, Dell devices, Chromebooks, printers, and classroom display equipment.

I also maintain a personal homelab built on Proxmox, TrueNAS SCALE, Linux, Docker, and Nextcloud. I use it to deepen my hands-on knowledge of virtualization, containerized services, DNS, VPNs, Cloudflare, networking, and self-hosted infrastructure.
