I’m an IT Field Technician who installs, configures, and maintains Chromebooks, desktops, printers, interactive whiteboards, network devices, and STEM lab equipment across K–12 public schools. I focus on dependable classroom technology by handling both onsite and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

I build and secure computer labs and laptop carts for hundreds of students and staff, imaging, cleaning, labeling, and redeploying systems with Acronis for performance and compliance. I also manage device provisioning and lifecycle workflows—asset tagging, MDM configuration, and NetSuite-based tracking—to keep documentation accurate and support accountable.

I strengthen day-to-day security and usability by implementing access controls, configuring wired and wireless deployments to DOE-standard compliance, and managing Active Directory integrations, drive mapping, and user permissions. I deliver hands-on end-user training for teachers and staff while documenting every service request in NetSuite, and I’m currently working toward CompTIA Security+.
