Junior Charles Khumalo

I am a dedicated and hardworking IT professional with a National Diploma in Information Technology and practical experience in IT support, troubleshooting, networking, and data management. I completed my internship as an IT Technician at Africa Learn, where I gained hands-on experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, assisting users with technical support, and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.

During my internship, I worked on tasks such as creating and configuring captive portals for network access control, recovering corrupted files using data recovery tools, and providing on-site technical support. I also assisted with mock interviews and administrative IT-related duties, which helped me strengthen both my technical and communication skills.

I am passionate about technology and continuously improving my knowledge in areas such as IT support, networking, cybersecurity, and data capturing. I am a quick learner, adaptable, and enjoy solving problems efficiently. My goal is to grow within the IT industry, contribute my skills to a forward-thinking company, and build a successful long-term career in technology.

Outside of work, I am interested in learning new technologies, exploring business opportunities in IT, and developing creative projects that make a positive impact.
