I’m a Technical Talent Sourcer and Recruiting Strategist with 10+ years of experience sourcing top-tier talent for early-stage startups through to global Fortune 50 organizations. I specialize in identifying and engaging hard-to-find candidates across tech (IT, AI, Engineering, InfoSec, Data) and extend into finance, operations, healthcare, manufacturing, and government—bringing results through deep market research, Boolean mastery, and AI-driven sourcing tools.

In past roles, I’ve led and scaled sourcing programs, including a client-facing RPO partnership as a technical sourcing manager and training lead on LinkedIn’s Talent Acquisition team. I’ve also helped found and scale Hiretual (now HireEZ), and I continue to bring a metrics-first mindset—delivering above-average outreach response rates and reducing time-to-fill through talent mapping, persona development, and continuous pipeline optimization.
