I’m an IT Staffing leader with 15+ years of experience driving talent strategy across startups, high-growth environments, and established organizations. I’ve helped organizations deliver consistent revenue impact by optimizing recruiting operations and placing top technical talent across contract and direct hire.

Most recently, I was brought in to establish and lead Abacus Group’s IT Staffing division from the ground up—building the first dedicated technology recruiting department, scalable workflows, KPI tracking, and an end-to-end delivery strategy.
