I am a Customer Success professional with 3+ years of experience specializing in onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewals for SaaS platforms. I consistently drive product adoption and reduce churn through structured onboarding, training, and proactive engagement.

I build strong relationships with stakeholders via QBRs/EBRs, lead renewal conversations, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand accounts. I leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk) and data analysis to improve CSAT/NPS and deliver measurable customer value.

I act as a customer advocate across product and engineering teams to resolve escalations and improve service delivery, using AI-driven insights, predictive analytics, and customer health scoring to maintain high satisfaction and boost retention.
