I’m an Advertising & PR graduate with 8+ years of experience combining operations management, communications, and team coordination in high-demand environments. I bring strategic communication training plus hands-on skills in digital tools, design support, and back-office execution.
In my current work as an Operations Manager / Administrative Coordinator, I lead full operations management—suppliers, inventory, orders, and follow-up—while coordinating teams through scheduling and priority management. I also handle digital systems, reporting, and internal documentation, and I manage communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
I’m especially proud of how I advanced from operations staff to a full administrative coordinator within 3 years. Before that, I strengthened my communications foundation through institutional work at Fundación Amigos del Niño con Cáncer, and I built my production and client-service muscle in graphic design roles producing print and custom projects like printing, sublimation, and custom embroidery.
