What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote operations, project or program coordination roles where I can organize workflows, support teams and stakeholders, improve processes and learn new systems. I’m open to full-time, part-time and contract opportunities.

I’m an operations and project coordination professional with 5+ years of experience managing complex, high-volume work at the Argentine Red Cross. I coordinated around 200 operations per year, working with clients, organizers, venues and multidisciplinary teams of up to 120 people. I’m especially interested in improving processes, documenting workflows and reducing repetitive work through tools such as Monday.com, Notion, Excel and Google Workspace. I learn new tools quickly and I’m now looking to bring this experience to remote operations, project or program coordination roles.
