What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing product role where I can combine technical troubleshooting, API/survey logic support, and training to reduce time-to-value. I want to influence product roadmaps with feedback and work with global teams.

I’m a Specialist Product Support / Product Specialist with a strong technical and commercial foundation, built across the audio industry and SaaS. I drive growth in professional markets by combining multi-channel sales strategy with targeted training programs and hands-on support.

In my current role at Qualtrics XM, I resolve complex technical challenges for a diverse global clientele. I act as a bridge between customers and Engineering/Product teams, troubleshooting Qualtrics XM support needs like API integrations, survey logic, and data reporting—while managing a high-volume queue under SLAs.

Before Qualtrics, I led brand and product growth at Genelec—delivering measurable revenue growth, distributor coordination across Latin America, and technical demos and trade show execution. I also support national and international bids and proposals through my partner work, aligning technical and economic solutions for audio/video/lighting equipment.
