I’m looking for remote opportunities where I can deliver customer and technical support, help solve issues, and support operations—while growing into data analytics roles using Python and dashboards.

I’m a bilingual (English/Portuguese) professional with over 10 years of experience living and working in the United States. I’ve built a track record in customer support, operations, logistics, and problem-solving—especially in remote work environments where clear communication matters.

Recently, I developed and deployed a public data analytics dashboard using Python, Pandas, Plotly, and Streamlit. I analyzed official Brazilian Federal Government travel expense data, handled data cleaning and transformation, and published the application through GitHub and Streamlit Cloud.
