I’m a Data Analyst and Process Automation Specialist with 7+ years of experience at one of Brazil’s largest telecommunications companies. I turn complex operational data into automated workflows and analytical dashboards that remove manual effort and support real-time strategic decisions.

In my recent role at Telefônica Brasil (Vivo), I designed and deployed automation using Python, Power Automate, R, SQL, VBA, and M (Power Query), reducing manual workload across multiple teams. I also built custom real-time dashboards for managers and team leads, and automated complex Excel spreadsheets to cut report generation time by several hours per cycle. Using SQL and MySQL, I extracted, manipulated, and cross-referenced large-volume datasets for both operational and strategic analysis, and I served as an internal technical reference across business units.

Before that, I accelerated operational reporting by developing automated bots and spreadsheet solutions, while supporting high-volume, critical email workflows and ongoing Excel analyses for BD status, activations, ME, and services. I combine continuous improvement practices (Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt) with operational deviation analysis using tools like Sigma, Geofibra, DM, and SharePoint. I’m also pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence and I’m fully equipped to deliver results in fully remote environments through autonomy, async communication, and strong time management.
