I’m looking to apply SQL, Excel, and analytics to improve operational performance—building reliable KPI dashboards, validating data, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve issues while meeting SLA and compliance targets.

I’m a data-focused professional with experience across customer service, operational support, and operational data analysis. I work with clients and partners across Latin America and international providers, bringing strong attention to accuracy, consistency, and process integrity.

In my current role as a Senior Administrative Analyst for Data Analysis & Operations, I analyze and monitor large operational datasets across multiple systems and databases. I develop daily performance and audit reporting using advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and dashboards), validate and reconcile automated vs. manual processes, and identify root causes and improvement opportunities. I also support contract-to-project linkage, PO acceptance, and payment release through analytical problem-solving and detailed reporting, ensuring SLA and compliance alignment.

Previously, I worked at AXA Assistance as a Claims Analyst and Call Center Operator, analyzing contract and client eligibility, monitoring CRM workflows and operational KPIs, and resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders. I’ve also managed day-to-day store operations as a Store Supervisor, including training, team leadership, and process organization—skills that reinforce how I approach operations: structured, collaborative, and outcome-driven.
