In my legal assistant experience, I assisted attorneys with administrative and legal tasks, preparing and organizing legal documents and case files. I communicated with clients, courts, and external parties, and I scheduled meetings, depositions, and court dates using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.

I also deliver customer support as a Customer Service Representative, managing medical appointments and providing high-quality bilingual support in English and Spanish.
