At YPrime, I lead technical study design and partner with clients, project teams, and Data Management to align data capture with downstream extraction needs and protect data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.

I use Jira defect records to prioritize remediation, identify recurring trends, and propose systemic quality improvements. I also support validation and quality-control testing while maintaining clear, compliant technical documentation.

Previously, I translated customer research into software improvements for TSTracker/Estimator, designed interfaces, tested product performance, and managed development work and bug fixes. My earlier support engineering work included customer issue resolution, software training, and webinars on new features.

With a physics degree and mathematics minor, I bring structured quantitative reasoning to SQL analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder reporting. I'm expanding my hands-on analytics scope through Python, Power BI, Databricks, and R.
